Are there more special issues in CROQ's future?
Yes, there are always more special issues in CROQ's future! Possible issues include a CROQ Mama issue, and an all Indie Business issue.
I know it's probably like asking you to choose a favorite child, but are there any articles in this special edition of CROQ that you find particularly helpful?
I love the article on setting up your own creative space (even if it's just a closet or a corner!), rolling your own sushi (makes sushi-rolling look easy, plus a ton of creative recipe ideas), and the article on blending your own tea makes me want to go out and "make potion" with my teas.
Do you think crafting and homemaking go hand in hand?
They don't have to, but they definitely go together well! There's something very pleasant about crafting at home, especially if you are making something to go in your home, like a quilt, a hand-crocheted rug, or even art for your walls. Items that I make are much more valuable to me than items that I bought at the store. One thing I love about crafting, though, is that anyone can do it, anywhere! I have crafted at my office at work using only junk mail and bills (and a glue stick).
