Q&A with Natalie of CRAFT magazine by Jennicakes

What's your favorite thing about this latest issue of CRAFT?
CRAFT: 05 is the paper issue and it's filled with paper projects and inspiration. I love John Boak's Wrap Art how-tos that show you how to use recycled paper for gift wrapping as well as a project by Bonnie Burton on how to make pop-up cards. But there are also lots of other cool projects such as Susan Beal's modern heirloom quilt, Amy O'Neill Houck has a pattern on how to crochet a variety of hats, Christine Haynes and Kent Bell show you how to sew up your own custom party dress, and lots more.
What's the best thing about being an editor for CRAFT?
I love crafts so much it's just feels so great that it can be a part of my daily work. I feel really lucky to enjoy what I do!
Do you have a favorite crafty holiday tradition?
I love to bake so I usually do it more so during the holidays. It starts with my pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, then cookies and cakes for Christmas. I got a Kitchen Aid mixer as a wedding gift last year and it makes it all even more easier to do now. I love it when the aroma of baking just fills the house! Pure heaven!
