Joseph Bryce Cherry started making music under the name yet ti alice late in the year of 2000. In 2001 he co-founded the music collective Purstian Memory. Along side drol, Paulo and Tonnie Wanda yet performed experimental improvisational sets all around southern California, using mostly electronic intstrumentation. Early recordings with PM gave way to the slogan "deather is better." Some would call it synthy and dark hip hop.
After moving to Northern california Yet started discovering his sound through his solo relationship with music. Without the collective his music became extremely personal and a new sound was forged. His instrumental soundscapes are often melancholy and moody, however can be very playful in an eerie way.
