City Sampler: Portland, OR is now on sale!
The Portland City Sampler was coordinated by PDXindie for the Sampler.
Portland Independent Artisans Cooperative (PDXindie) gathered items from 20 local artisits to create 100 boxes filled with a huge variety of handmade samples and info on crafty things to do in Portland. Each box will contain at least 10 items from the contributors listed below.

![]() Crafty Portland tourist packs including info about the Museum of Contemporary Craft, Portland Saturday Market (and Sundays too!), the Portland Art Museum, and Crafty Wonderland. |
![]() Autumn of Autumn Comfort Candles contributed 80 samples of her soy candles. Her hand poured, all natural soy candles are made in small batches to insure consistent quality and made with the most delicious, high quality Fragrances oils and Essential Oils in beautiful frosted glass jars, unique tumblers and beautiful hand decorated, hand cut wine bottle jars. |
![]() Cerulea Bath and Body contributed 100 samples of their handmade soaps. The soaps, made with high quality, all natural ingredients, come in a variety of scents like Ginger Lime, Black Raspberry Vanilla, and Green Tea & Willow. |
![]() Trillium Artisans is an innovative, green, nonprofit community economic development program that empowers artisans and actively connects them to markets. Trillium Artisans contributed 15 baby catnip slugs using reclaimed fabric donations and premium organic catnip. |
![]() Salmon Street Studio contributed 50 hand screenprinted partches with an an original Portland (PDX) Coat of Arms. Salmon Street Studio is the work of Michael and Gretchen Wooff, who carefully hand pull every print on sweatshop free garments. You get unique clothes and peace of mind about how they were made. |
![]() Bread & Badger contributed 100 etched glass pins in a huge variety of designs: octopi, birds, trees and more. Each pin is freehand-etched by Amanda Siska. |

![]() leethal contributed over 30 recycled Portland map buttons. All leethal items are designed and handmade by Lee Meredith, made from all or mostly recycled materials. Most materials were found in thrift stores or other secondhand shops, waiting to be reclaimed and repurposed! |

These photos, including Portland landmarks St. John's Bridge and the Fox Tower, capture Jeff's unique view of the world and his feeling that photography is the best way of capturing those views, moments, and emotions. |

![]() Melissa K. Lund contributed 20 sets of fine art photography postcards. Included on the cards are photos of bleachers, a barn door, and a doorknob...images that show Mellisa's love of being in her own world, seeing things in her mind that are beautiful and that no one else can see. |
![]() Zeldaloo contributed 25 Little Lady Dolls. Each doll, handmade by Alisa, has an embroidered face and tiny purse or puppy. Living in the Pacific North West you need a lot of rainyday alternatives and crafting keeps Alisa sane as the rain falls out side. |
![]() Ta-Dah contributed over 70 recycled marble thumbtacks, just a small example of the amazing work created by Megan. All pieces are unique and hand made in Portland Oregon using reclaimed materials. Check out the Ta-Dah shop to find unique items such as a large marble covered garden sphere.

![]() Eye Pop Art contributed 100 samples including mandala window decals. Christine loves creating intricate, psychedelic mandala designs and painting them on unusual reclaimed materials. In this case, the original mandala designs were painted on upcycled vinyl records. |
